The hanging noose is here.
Everything is clear.
The Dead are taking me down.
They want to clean up the town.
“Let’s get rid of Louise,” they say.
“Let her be the first one to pay.”
They are circling me round and round.
I’m hanging with my feet off the ground.
I can recognize one of the creatures.
I’ve already seen those set of features.
But it’s too late for me and the town.
It’s staring at me with a big frown.
“Cheer up,” I want to scream at it.
“Since I’m the one whose buying it.”

Athena’s Oracle by Jennifer Brown
Leena’s ‘gift of sight’ secures her place as the next great oracle of Athena. Instead of being groomed for wifehood like other girls, Leena spends her days within the walls of the Acropolis, shuffled around by the clergy and doomed to be a virgin forever. Before her ascension, Leena decides to take matters into her own hands. With the help of her father’s book of alchemy, she casts an incantation calling forth her own personal hero. But when that hero turns out to be a rogue vampyre prince with a haunted past, Leena begins to question if her feelings for him are the work of divine intervention, or a love spell gone horribly wrong.

My Review of The Space Between by Nikki Mathis Thompson

This was an ARC given to me as long as I give a honest review. I do not do any spoilers.

To be honest I didn’t know what to think about this book. When I first started to read I was thinking how very sad I felt for Georgia. Her situation, her life, and her decisions. So, when I kept reading I was amazed how it turned. It was awesome how the story turned out. It was great. I have never read a book like this. It was GENIUS. I loved how Georgia finally came to terms about everything in her life. How it all came to be.
I love Georgia and Nate. I love their love story and I really loved reading how much and strong how the husband and wife loved their life and children.
This book was great. It shows no matter what happens in life there is ALWAYS a reason for it. Sometimes We have to believe in ourselves.
Good Book.

Review of Suzannah Daniels’ Vampire’s Bane

OH MY!!!! I so need more

This book was amazing and it was a great read because there was excitement throughout the whole book. When you are thinking one thing is happening something else happens then you think you know what’s going on and it’s not. I am sorry I do not give any spoilers and with this book I definitely will not. My advice is READ THIS BOOK. You will not be disappointed. This was my very first book by Suzannah Daniels and I know it will not be the last. Especially since I need to know what happens next. Just awesome!
